Everyone needs good customer service when they get their coffee, and this is the RIGHT place to go. I've been coming here for a while, so I figured I'd write a review because they deserve it. First, whenever I come in, I'm always welcomed. I'm very picky and indecisive with my coffee so a lot of the time, I'll have the pros help me figure out what I should do, and they ALWAYS nail it. The barista was super friendly and kind. We had trouble using my card but she patiently tested it out with me. Thank goodness there was no one in line at that time. She made this experience enjoyable and remembered my name too when she said bye. The drink I ordered was a grande chocolate mocha frappe w/o whipped cream and half sweet. She did it and was delicious!

The volume of ice in their drinks shrinks the amount of fluid from a venti to a shot glass. Ordered a venti shaken espresso and after 3-4 drinks it was empty revealing more than 75% of the cup packed with ice. Fortunately the other iced drink was more reasonably filled only 33% with ice so my wife got to enjoy her drink for more than 90 seconds.
