The volume of ice in their drinks shrinks the amount of fluid from a venti to a shot glass. Ordered a venti shaken espresso and after 3-4 drinks it was empty revealing more than 75% of the cup packed with ice. Fortunately the other iced drink was more reasonably filled only 33% with ice so my wife got to enjoy her drink for more than 90 seconds.

There was a long line for drive thru so we figured we would go inside. Two people were at tables with drinks and no one else waiting inside. We ordered our drink and after about 5 minutes we were still waiting. I then started a timer and it was another 7 minutes and 43 seconds until we received her drink. During this time my wife asked the girl working if they just concentrated on the drive thru, she looked confused and said she would get to it. And to make it worse, my wife noticed the chocolate sauce was not on her Frapacino and it did not taste very good. If I was able to give negative stars I would. NEVER go to this Starbucks!!!!
