They make good drinks but one of their current employees will force you to tip and take way more money than the original cost, so make sure if you're using card, you tell them you would like to tip yourself.

I drove too far forward in their drive through this morning, i laughed and apologized, saying simply i was tired because it was early in the morning. Instead of the worker being understanding or literally just saying okay, he disrespectfully told me that I should be paying more attention and “you shouldn’t be driving if you’re this tired buddy.” I was in absolute shock because i literally pulled an extra 3-5 feet forward and apologized. I have never left a review in my life because I also work in the food industry and understand how stressful it can be, but the level of disrespect I received this morning throughout the entire process was really disappointing and nobody should have to put up with it.

For me as of around 5 months ago. Employes aren't as nice & friendly as they once were. There may be one or two. And my drink is ALWAYS wrong more times then it's made correctly from this location so even though this is my neighborhood starbucks I go further for better service. I tried speaking to a manager before actually few times and 1st time understaffed was reason I was given, although I don't understand how that makes not giving me what I paid for ok. And second time she said, "well what would you like me to do". So apparently I need to tell a manager how to be a manager. So that was it for me.
Parking: The starbucks lot is very small & cramped especially for large vehicles but there's a adjacent lot that has plenty of open spots.

I love this little Starbucks. I go there on my way to work or when I go shopping at any of the stores on that entire block. The staff is very courteous and kind. And besides great food and drink, when I was homeless a few years ago taking care of my calico kitten named DeeOhGee, I could get free water almost anytime. And in the summers in Oregon, being without a solid water source can be quite detrimental to one's health. Kudos to all the staff there.
They didn’t even look me in the eyes when taking my order absolutely ignored I used to work at Starbucks too I guess they don’t teach customer service anymore sad.

As always, Starbucks is great, no matter the location! I sure wish they had more sugar-free flavors; it seems those of us who are diabetic are being short-changed. Coffee is so expensive, it would be nice to have more choices, the same as those who do not need items sugar-free!!☕

This is the third time they are not open on time. Which is fine. BUT ZERO SIGNS! So I’m stuck in line with no way to reverse or get out until the car in front decides to move because they think they will open at anytime. They are suppose to be open 2.5 hours ago… go literally anywhere else, not this location.
