They move at the slowest pace I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve never been to a Starbucks this bad before. I made the mistake of ordering here one time and never will again. I travel to Portland a lot too and would rather be tired or drink free airplane coffee. There were only 4 people waiting in line and I was waiting for like 30 minutes. When I finally got my drink, a white mocha, it tasted terrible. Im not picky either, I can take it if it tastes a little wrong. But it tasted watery and just off. It took that long to make a drink that wasn’t even remotely good.

Hands down the slowest group of baristas I've ever encountered. Not only did I work at Starbucks for 7.5 years, I was a supervisor for 5.5 of those years at a cafe and a drive thru. I would be appalled if my team worked with the absolute lack of urgency that this team did. From the time I entered the line to the point where I recieved my order, a full 30 minutes had passed. It wasn't very busy either. Two of the 4 girls didn't seem to be contributing to clearing the line or the bar at all and left all the drink-making to 1 girl alone. The one gesture I did appreciate was the barista thanking me for my patience for waiting once I did receive my order.

I waited 30 minutes for a medium coffee and I had to leave without it because my flight was boarding. I get that it’s busy but 30 minutes? Come on man. There were 7 people working there you’d think that they could get drinks out faster than that. Very disappointed and I didn’t even get my money back. No wonder this location is 2 stars.

Will not accept mobile orders which should make workload better, 4 workers, nope. Horrible service, if you are in a hurry skip it.

Coffee was fine, but the slowest moving people I have ever seen. Was there on a Sunday afternoon and the lady working the register with pink hair was great. Everyone else was pissing around and quite literally yelling/messing with each other while about twelve of us waited for drinks. So stupid.

PDX concourse C Starbucks Staff moves so slow. I have NEVER seen this at a Starbucks before. 44 minuets wait for a mobile order that says it's ready in 3-4 minutes

I wish I had checked the reviews here first. I waited in line for forty five minutes, when it was finally my turn to order I told the staff that I thought they should prioritize the line over the mobile orders, because there had been at least 10-15 minutes where we were waiting with no one running the cash register or taking our orders. The line should be a faster option than the mobile order. An employee who said his name was Eric and a woman with bright red hair were both very rude and did not care about my feedback. They told me they got there at 3:00 am and that I don’t have to get coffee if I don’t want to wait. The wait was not the issue. I told Eric I didn’t want to argue I just wanted to share that they shouldn’t ignore people in line over their mobile requests. I told him this very calmly and politely. Eric told me it is store policy to prioritize mobile orders and then said he had the right to refuse service to “anyone he wanted” and would not take my order. If you can’t take constructive criticism maybe customer service is not the job for you. Airports are already stressful, I highly recommend you avoid this location.
Terrible service. No one out of 3 workers acknowledged us. We waited and waited for one of them to ask if they could help us. We were the only people in line.
