Most of the employees are doing their best, but if you get the dude with headphones in it's best to just skip the coffee for the day. It's clear the Safeway part of the store doesn't give the kiosk the coverage and support it needs, but that shouldn't be the consumer's fault.

I go there everyday, they have this new employee that has his headphones in, we had to repeat our order, it's just one coffee, and he doesn't even make it right. No whipped cream, but ice and coffee, the mint drink. The trainer with blonde hair doesn't even care or seem to correct him. I dont complain because I just want to be in then out. The manager for Starbucks there with purple hair, makes it perfect everytime. It's really not that hard. I'd suggest getting coffee when someone more experienced is there.

I dislike every aspect of this store. From its poor customer service to its high prices. Today however their pharmacy is the problem. I can never get a hold if someone at the pharmacy. It’s not like I need to call often but it doesn’t matter what day or what time of day no one ever answers the phone. My doctor sent a new prescription to be filled hours ago but I am unable to verify that it has been filled. A simple 3 minute telephone call. If this was any other pharmacy it would have been plenty of time but this pharmacy takes so long to fill a prescription if I were to go to the store without waiting 48 hours there is a good chance it hasn’t been filled. I am disabled I have to fo through a lot to leave my home and to go the store only to be told it hasnt been filled yet is very upsetting. I recommend if you have a choice to use any other pharmacy yhen please do so
