I go there everyday, they have this new employee that has his headphones in, we had to repeat our order, it's just one coffee, and he doesn't even make it right. No whipped cream, but ice and coffee, the mint drink. The trainer with blonde hair doesn't even care or seem to correct him. I dont complain because I just want to be in then out. I had to wait for the batista to finish visiting with her Safeway coworkers before I was helped. It was morning, and if you're like me you have a job to get to...So time is precious.

Most of the employees are doing their best, but if you get the dude with headphones in it's best to just skip the coffee for the day. It's clear the Safeway part of the store doesn't give the kiosk the coverage and support it needs, but that shouldn't be the consumer's fault.
