The recent remodel got rid of the walk up window, meaning this location is now drive through only. I don't expect I'll return here again because of that. There are too many other coffee shops in the area with better coffee to justify the poor experience.

Was really irritated to see the new remodel as I ordered mobile today to be told I need to wait behind five cars to pick my order up.. I have a ten minute break from work. Definitely not going to order here any more as that ruins the point of a mobile pick up completely

This place is amazing! It's a drive through Starbucks with a lot of traffic and neighborhood challenges but, they make my day on my commute with fast, accurate perfect orders Everytime.Vegetarian options: There are a lot of options including the tomato & mozzarella focaccia and many pastriesDietary restrictions: There are a lot of options and subs for milk in drinks and gf in salads, protein boxes, etcParking: It's a drive through, a couple of parking spots by the store but for handicap, there is no building access - just Walk up and drive up windows for ordering.Kid-friendliness: It's drive-thru and it's fast! So if you need the food quick they've got it!Wheelchair accessibility: Let's drive-thru! There's walk up/ a roll up too, this isn't a very good area for that.
Drinks were good and fast but the person at the walk-up window wasn't very friendly. They seemed annoyed that I was there and they closed the window in my face while I was in the middle of saying thank you.

Worst customer service ever. Apparently due to 'staffing issues' the walk up window is closed. Fine. I tried to get someone's attention to see if I could walk through the drive through and literally no one would even look at me. So off I go walking through the drive through where they told me it was dangerous. No sir, this is Portland and walking through the drive through is the LEAST dangerous thing in this city. Some nice lady said she would order for me from her car and they refused that as well. Do not go to this location if you can help it. Gross.

Been going to this Starbucks for the past 6 years and I love the Baristas but recently you can tell new management has sucked the morale out of the place! Constant turnover of good employees, the baristas that have been there from the beginning feel defeated and find little joy anymore. If I lose my 2 favorite then I’m done with that Starbucks period!

I got to the king city CA location on my long 3 Hour Dr. and was unable to even pick up my mobile app because the doors were all locked. It was 8 o'clock hours are till 10 and there were lots of cars in the drive-through and I didn't have time to wait ......they should've at least had it on their app unable to order ahead.

Always helpful staff. There is usually a line at the drive up. The walk up window is often a better choice, but since parking is limited, this may be difficult. The coffee is Starbucks, so it's consistent with all the other locations. They are generous with the puppucinos.
The line at my local Dutchies has been OUT OF CONTROL lately, so I decided to give my daughters favorite, Starbies, a try! There was not a single soul in the drive-through in front of us. Unheard of! I had an iced Caramel Macchiato, the biggest one they offer! I also snagged a dreamy piece of iced lemon bread, as well as mushroom and kale egg bites. I know, those sound terrible don't they? Mushroom and Kale? Well they were delish. They were thicker then I'd like, but that's just me, the rest of the world probably likes their thick starbies egg bites. I'm tellin' ya'll if you're running late for work and you're in downtown or near the Lloyd n just trying to get that morning coffee in a hurry, you might want to head on back to Starbies before pulling up to Dutch's traffic direction line. I mean #Dutchbrosforlife but also, I gotta get to work on time. :D

The barista sucks. She never returns a simple good morning or ever acknowledges you're there. Just a "What do you want?" Then when you pay in cash, not even a comment on how much your charge is, just dumps it in your hand.A simple good morning and your charge is $1.65 would go a long way. If you don't like your job or working with the public, quit and find another place to scowl and be miserable ?.

Wow!! This was the worst experience at a Starbucks I have ever had. The female voice that took my order was wonderful and had my order spot on, the male at the window was 1. More interested in visiting with a coworker 2. Argued with me about scrapping the bubbles off a 1/3 full drink and filling it with cream, as requested! He was so inconvenienced! Then, after filling the cup up, like it should be, rudely asked me if it was full enough! Really! I am over poor customer service and paying a lot for it! I am shutting the auto load off, on my app, using it up and I am done with Starbucks!! Going to work harder to support local coffee stands. Used to be proud that Starbucks was a NW company, not anymore, and confident they don't care!!

Stop by Starbucks this morning before heading to work, and order an iced lemon loaf and this is how they gave me me my lemon loaf This is not okay.
