I’ve typically had great experiences at this location. The drinks are usually delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. However, my last few visits have been disappointing.

In October, I experienced food poisoning after ordering a pumpkin spice latte. I decided not to make an issue of it because the service and quality are usually excellent. However, during my visit on 12/7, I ordered two drinks: the gingerbread drink (which is supposed to come with whipped cream and pumpkin spice seasoning) and the animal cookies drink.

When I received my gingerbread drink, it was missing the whipped cream listed on the order. While the staff added it after I asked, the drink itself tasted like watered-down milk. The animal cookies drink was even worse—it had a sour taste and very slimy, possibly from spoiled almond milk. Unfortunately, both drinks were undrinkable, and I had to throw them away.

Spending $20 on drinks that couldn’t be consumed was frustrating, and it’s not the level of quality I’ve come to expect from this location. I hope to see improvements moving forward.

There's a reason the Dutch Bros down the street always has a double line of cars clear out in to the road. Their customer care is way better than Starbucks. Went here for my birthday drink since it's closer to my work, apparently they don't do that anymore unless you've had the app for over a month. Crazy.

Felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked in ordered a carmel mocha the only carmel was the drizzle couldn't taste it . Got a large with dome lid and whipped cream had to.ask for a star . It's just not super friendly . I think the workers just weren't very happy in general weren't rude at all, though. This was my 1st time visiting store.

So I love the drink I get, it's made great 8/10 times. The drive thru is usually ridiculous for waiting time most of the time.

I always get my drinks from this location despite it being further than my home. I’ve found that the seating inside is very comfortable and the atmosphere is very calming as well.

The drinks are always made in a timely manner, except for when they have too many orders at once which is ok.

The food can always be worked on at Starbucks. Don’t get me wrong, the cake pops are delicious! But the sandwiches…. Not so much.

All right when I was at this location I saw the milk sitting out for approximately 10 minutes or longer I think it's going to make me sick Will not come back till tomorrow to get sick again

In drive through for over 15 minutes with hardly any cars and took forever to take our order, drinks took forever to make and worker had a compelete attitude with everything

I used to avoid this location because it's always so busy and am glad I decided to try it again - both of our beverages were MUCH better than I've been finding at several other locations. And despite still being super busy the order didn't take long, baristas were engaging and it seemed they genuinely liked working with their team.

I won’t come to this Starbucks after witnessing an employee get reprimanded outside. Shame on Starbucks for treating their employees this way. You can’t even get a table inside, then sit outside only to hear someone lecturing and writing up an employee about dress code and clocking back in for lunch at their exact time. It is beyond unprofessional to reprimand employees in public and this absolutely ruining my experience as a customer. I will never come back to this location and have the ick towards Starbucks altogether.

Personally, I would find it difficult to be lectured about a dress policy by someone that is wearing the same outfit as the unhoused transients taking up all the chairs inside.
