My friend and I had just enjoyed a meal at the Thai food restaurant next door when we decided to to the night off with an excellent cup of coffee. The coffee was wonderfully tasty and the service was prompt and efficient.

What a sweet message on our coffees! Usually home delivery coffees don’t give sweet messages and this just meant the world to us!! I took a photo to show you how happy you made me! I live up on Mount Scott and order from you often you made our Sunday!! You all have to be the coolest and savviest people around! You deal with so much and manage to make connections still:) thank you

I absolutely love the people there! They’re all so amazing and sweet give them raises now and i swear to God if you’re a Karen to any of them while I’m there I will yell at you

My go to when don't feel like making at home. Dark roast,café Verona is best IMO.

Went in with my girls and after 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored after our order we had to leave without our order. They were only making orders for the drive thru which was flying by. The workers in the store were non responsive to the 7 people waiting for different orders in the store. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL once they got our payment. Nothing like I would ever expect from Starbucks.

They took a half hour on our drinks. We asked nicely when they were going to come out 25 minutes into waiting and they didn’t even say sorry or give us a discount of any kind. Very poor customer service.

Today I came with my little daughter for coffee and dessert for my baby! And I had an incident with discrimination! After standing in line for 20-25 minutes due to the incompetence of the employees! Having driven up to the window with orders, I ordered a cappuccino that was not very hot and asked to make it stronger and not to add a lot of milk! Since recently, when buying coffee (cappuccino), I drank only milk!!!!! And, cappuccino is prepared differently, they add foam from the milk to it! So, having ordered dessert for my child! The girl did not understand and asked me again and disappeared, saying wait and asking me again! And she said that this is a problem!!! I asked her again what the problem is! She said okay!!! Having driven up to the window, another girl said that I was rude to the intern employee! and they didn't sell me coffee and my child's dessert! I said fine for the coffee but what about the child's dessert? They told me we won't serve you! It's very rude of you to treat customers like that! You can review the cameras and see that I wasn't rude!!!!!
