This Starbucks branch feels very homely, as the staff is unbelievably friendly and there seems to come quite a lot of regulars. Otherwise a standard Starbucks menu, but what sets it apart are the sweet staff and the spaciousness ☺️
In my rush to place an online order this morning, I selected the wrong store. When I got to Pac West location, barista Saroya asked what I was waiting for and I realized my error. Saroya was so kind and thoughtful, and gave me my drink and food items with no additional charge. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and not a bother, and I appreciate it especially on a stressful morning. Thank you for the legendary service!

I ordered honey in my tea. The honey was all over the outside of my cup.. Made a sticky mess on my hand & whatever I touched before I saw what happened.Baristas need to be more careful & caring.
