We've been stopping in at this store for about 5 years. The service has gotten worse and worse during that time. Yesterday, we ended up walking out because no employee came to the cash register to take our order.
They always seem to he hanging in the back doing something more important than taking orders.

I was recently here and two employees were having a conversation with another customer ahead of me. When I finally received help I was rushed by a male employee. I realized I wasn’t logged into the Starbucks app to get my points and the male employee stated just give me your order and we can start on that. No one else was in the store. He failed to give a receipt and I called back to let them know and was told I could add my star points later just call. That was not true. I waited for these two employees to finish having a conversation with another customer but I was rushed to place my order and don’t get my star points with no receipt.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte. DoorDash. I waited patiently, received my order in a sealed bag. When I got into my apartment the sandwich was missing. I called and was told they are out of those sandwiches and are instructed not to communicate that. Yes, I received a refund. But I have no lunch. Ridiculous.

I took my daughter on a date there. My daughter dropped her marker while coloring. I was appalled to see the floor and wall under the only seating area available looks like it's never been cleaned. Friendly enough employees but damn it's gross.

Was not nearly as friendly as my neighborhood Starbucks, which surprised me as it's in a much nicer part of town. Line was non-existent, Baristas were minimally communicative and returned to their phones as soon as they could.

Worst Starbucks in the city and Starbucks is already bad…
Marty and his team with 3.45 orders at the limit, his colleague better not perform in the individual...so if you're going to get out, it's better to fetch around the corner, they don't have cake pops and kids steamers that are too hot or even hotter lattes but hey it's a global chain It doesn't matter as long as the share is happy ??????????

Help was appreciated with the coffee travler!
I’m going to miss this starbucks! Everyone is so helpful and kind, and the drinks are always consistent!
Love the opening crew lady on this branch. It’s a crew like her that makes one to return and be a regular customer.
Plenty of staff during the holiday to keep things running smoothly.

I love this Starbucks! I live in the neighborhood and come in about once a week. The baristas are all so kind and cute and provide such excellent customer service. I normally question supporting big corporate businesses like this, but knowing that these workers are unionized makes me feel better about my decision! I am proud of them for unionizing and I hope they continue to work together to support one another and the community they serve. One question, though - where did the pride flag that’s been hanging up for months go???
