The barista that is an older gal, bald hair, demonstrated very condescending, snarky, customer service. I made a decent purchase of items adding up to $40. When I asked for a cup of Venti ice upon pick up she gave me a grande instead even after I politely asked. It’s a small thing but it was odd to observe such behavior over something that small.

So I left but went back to get the ice I asked for and again same behavior but instead more stern. If asking for ice after someone has already paid your company a large amount why would this small thing be such an issue to mistreat someone over nothing.

Do better. And hope you have a better working experience where you’re not treating decent customers in that manner that support Starbucks.

We've been stopping in at this store for about 5 years. The service has gotten worse and worse during that time. Yesterday, we ended up walking out because no employee came to the cash register to take our order.

They always seem to he hanging in the back doing something more important than taking orders.

I was recently here and two employees were having a conversation with another customer ahead of me. When I finally received help I was rushed by a male employee. I realized I wasn’t logged into the Starbucks app to get my points and the male employee stated just give me your order and we can start on that. No one else was in the store. He failed to give a receipt and I called back to let them know and was told I could add my star points later just call. That was not true. I waited for these two employees to finish having a conversation with another customer but I was rushed to place my order and don’t get my star points with no receipt.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte. DoorDash. I waited patiently, received my order in a sealed bag. When I got into my apartment the sandwich was missing. I called and was told they are out of those sandwiches and are instructed not to communicate that. Yes, I received a refund. But I have no lunch. Ridiculous.

I took my daughter on a date there. My daughter dropped her marker while coloring. I was appalled to see the floor and wall under the only seating area available looks like it's never been cleaned. Friendly enough employees but damn it's gross.

Was not nearly as friendly as my neighborhood Starbucks, which surprised me as it's in a much nicer part of town. Line was non-existent, Baristas were minimally communicative and returned to their phones as soon as they could.
