Horrible experience x 2!!!
My husband and I have been loyal customers here since July. In early Oct, we ordered our regular beverages, but my coffee tasted really weird so I tried to return it after taking one sip. The person behind the counter told me that I asked for 2 bags of sugar in my coffee and I contested stating that I never drink sugar in my coffee. He literally looked right at me and said, 'that is what you asked for'. So essentially called me a liar to my face....read full review
