Disappointed with the texture and flavor. Same flavor for different noodles. Instead of focusing on the fresh stretch, should focus of improving the flavor. Fill the stomach but doesn’t satisfy the taste bud.

Always amazing, great tasting food. Be prepared to wait for it to be made, well worth it. Mild spice is very spice.

Stretch The Noodle 2 adds more variety to the menu of the incredible Stretch The Noodle (located right next door. While StN continues with their incredible hand stretched noodles (expect a wait, which will be rewarded with an incredible meal). The New #2 adds dumplings and Jianbing (a fascinating combination of crepe, wonton, and wonderful spicy goodness, that you must try). This new cart is a must try, and likely will become a frequent stop.

Stretch the Noodle Too just opened last week next door to their other cart. Same owners just an expansion of their menu which includes potstickers, dumplings, shaomai, and Jian bing a Chinese breakfast crepe.

We have been going here since last summer. Today, we stopped by again and they have the summer Noodles Salad with Chicken... Well, we ordered it and our standard... Beef noodles stir-fry... The Noodles Salad with chicken came with a HUGE container full of goodness. Perfectly chewy noodles, crunchy bean sprout, salad, baby spinach and just gorgeous grilled chicken.... Did I mention the portion is HUGE? We could not finish either of our order.... Well, another good left-over from Stretch the Noodle... The owners are so kind and she is particularly very polite in handling your order and handing you the food. BTW - the price point is ridiculous for quality and portion - ranging from $ 9 to $ 11. Run here!

A food truck that is quite popular around lunch time. They make handmade noodles, so it takes awhile if there are 10 or more customers in line. The price is reasonable and the lady making the noodles is very friendly and courteous. Worth the wait if you want to experience Chinese handmade noodles. Don’t expect for a place to sit. Walk 5 minutes to the nearby Pioneer Plaza to enjoy in a peaceful and quiet setting.

First I agree the owner cook is a little off and/or could be gruff. But the young woman pulling the noodles was amazing. I loved my #2, stir fry with veggies and chicken-mild. The noodles were sublime and perfect teeth feel, the sauces were a nice amalgam of flavors and there was probably 15-18 chunks of perfectly cooked chicken. Watch what comes out or look at peoples food to get a sense of what you want to order. This place is the real deal. BTW, gets way crowded at noon-like 25 people, go before 11:30 or after 1:30.

So my bil wanted some lunch and order from here. I met him and we waited and waited, after half hour, asked how much longer because there were people getting their food who ordered after him. The owner basically told him to f* of and don't come back again. Not a problem. I've never experience that kind of terrible service or response. I understand, your food takes time and it's made to order. How hard is it to say "we're working on it or just we have a lot of orders". You're not a good person and your food is mediocre.
