I went to the subway today, and I was happily greeted buy young lady named Alexa. Not only was her service excellent, but she greeted me with a genuine smile. That's hard to find in the service industry.
Honestly the food is good, the customer service is good, but you have a busy enough store that you need at least two employees at all times. having one employee to handle everything is for sure unfair business practice. This poor employee has to work alone for their entire shift, that means 0 breaks. Most people that are going to come through are also on time limits.
