Food is terrible! Definitely process ingredients and that's fine. But to stay profitable they have completely abandoned any product standards and will sell anything. Staff friendly and the store was clean. But the food was garbage! I not talking about from a fast food perspective, I really mean garbage. I will not be going back and I have been eating at Subway for decades. Decide for yourself but I would feed this stuff to my dog.

I couldn't believe how RUDE 2 of the employees are at this location, especially the younger female on the heavy side. I couldn't see the ingredients being put on my Sandwich prior to being toasted, then after getting a glimpse I noticed hardly any Cheese, I asked if she could put more Cheese on the Sandwich which I believe she got upset for me asking and mumbled something as I told her I didn't know what she said? Then the colored lady rudely speaks up telling me there will be an up charge for the Cheese, so I told her I wasn't going to pay an additional $3.00 for providing the amount of Cheese that I normally get on the sandwich. Then the younger girl was extremely rude and snippy with me when I asked if she could add the Onions and Bell Peppers then toast everything. I thought, maybe I better ask if that's going to also have another up-charge? After Sandwich was toasted I asked for Lettuce, Tomatoes, noticing on one end of the foot long it needed more Lettuce so I asked her for a little more, now she was huffing and snarled. I turned and looked at the other customers waiting in line with a look like "can you believe her attitude?" One of them shrugged his shoulders saying gosh I hope I don't piss her off!? Then I asked her to put a very small line of Honey Mustard and then Ranch on both sides of the sandwich, she put a heavy & thick mess of the dressing only on one side, I asked her to please remove some of the globs she put on it. She grabbed a knife with quite an attitude and removed clumps of the dressing, then threw the knife I think in a sink or something? I asked her for Olives again maybe she supplied 10 or 15 Olives, I told her to add more but don't up-charge me since I wasn't asking for any more than normally I would get? Wow, what a terrible experience with these employees. This Subway is walking distance to my house I've never experienced such rudeness before. I wish Savanna would have been the one to serve me, she is such a great girl with a very calming attitude. She could see how I was treated but I'm sure couldn't say much.

Kid-friendliness: The only friendly person at this Store is Savanna. Personally I would have fired the young girl who might be 20ish right there on the spot if I could.

When you have customers waiting in front of you in the store and you keep having them wait while your process online orders. That's just crazy to me. I can see one order that was possibly there before me, but to ask me to wait again when another came through, No thank you.

Man first she asked my girlfriend everything toasted cheese all that and ignored me like I didn’t even get a say in how it’s made picked my cheese was totally out of pickle at 7 pm then ignoring me saying not toasted tried toasting it until I literally had to be like are ignoring me then she pulled it out then topping as you can imagine trying to put 3pr4 different veggies I never wanted and continued to say not that finally starts kinda listening mayo mustard and damm it lady spraying literally half the mustard bottle on my sandwiche literally squeezed the bottle until it was empty running my night and my 18 dollar already overpriced sub

I absolutely loved the customer service I received. I ordered online and got my sandwich made on time and efficiently. The manager there is a real gem and truly has a heart for their customers! It was early in the morning too, so to receive a smile and positivity in service was really a day maker!!

I was here March 28, 2024 at 9pm the store clearly says that it closes at 10pm between the employee did not say a word until I ordered 2 sandwiches and a friend who came with me wanted to use the bathroom to wash his hands and he did not let us use the bathroom so I took some water from the soadas machine and the employee started to raise his voice at me to stop doing that and I told him how do you want us to eat the sandwiches without washing our hands and he told me I'm sorry, it's already closed and he told him I said what kind of service is this? The store says they close at 10pm and you can't let us use the bathroom just because I already mop and clean...terrible service I left the sandwich there very bad service I'll never come back ?
