So I entered this location and the employee started to take my order after making my sandwich she tells me I need to wait to ring me up so she could finish making the other three customers orders so could just ring us all up at once. So after waiting 10 plus minutes she starts to ring up $12 order I hand her a $20 and she explains that this subway doesn’t do change and that you can only do exact change or use a bank card. I asked why it is not posted. She pointed at a small paper sign on the front of the store explaining this newly acquired rule. She did say this was the only one in the area like this. I still paid but not happy at all.

Went there today at 11am. One customer sitting and eating with no one else behind me. I asked if I can order a party tray and the 2 very free employees said tray must be ordered online 24hrs ahead of time. I said “Ok, no problem, I will order individual sandwiches”. She asked how many do I need. I said 12. She said max order per customer is 6. I looked behind me and there were nobody else. I stayed composed and said no problem. I’ll order 6, put that in my car and come back to order 6 more. She said NOPE. Max 6 sandwiches per customer.
Is that how Subway train their employees? Even if there are other customers, I was willing to walk out and come back in to be in line to order more. But there were no one else in line. I strongly NOT recommend Subway to anyone.

Guy( server 420) working didn't honor coupon, he said coupon expired on 11-4-24- it did not! It expires on 11-7-24- still have the entire flyer that coupons came in mail. Debit card and coupon machines not working. But credit card went through, night of presidential election, 3 ,12 inch subs for 19.99- so 2 coupons for that amount- guy( server 420) working said 5 sandwiches would be to many for him to make, needed to be 24 hr notice for cantering. A couple had come into store when guy (server 420) was making sandwiches and bellowed across store , that they might want to go somewhere else because he had to make 5 sandwiches and it was going to take a long time to make. Went back to store this am to talk with manager, guy from night before there also, manager, didn't know how to handle the thievery and lies this guy did the day before, manager said there was a was a way to put money back on card and honor the coupons that were still active, but she didn't know how to do it . She couldn't call her boss because boss had to take care of daughters medical needs. She said she could only call boss in case of emergency. So with the threatening help subway is hiring, ( server 420) charged me to knock me down, im elderly and handicap, but i stood my ground as a customer. Manager saw all this also. will never visit another subway, ever. Subway needs to own up on thier actions.

Went there at 6:30 on a Saturday night open sign on. When to walk in and the door was locked. Could see the employee so I knocked on the door. She didn’t acknowledge me do I called still did not acknowledge me. Another costumer pulled up he knocked and finally said “ I guess we can be rude and kick the door”. So I did. She finally acknowledged us and said I’m closed. Wow and the sign clearly says open and store hours posted open till 10. The biggest problem is 10 mins of myself and another gentleman trying to get her attention she couldn’t acknowledge us and let us know she was not open.

DISGUSTING!! Flies in the sandwiches and black stuff in their ice!!!! My overall experience was horrible. Subway should be ashamed. From the staff lacking in customer service skills, to the produce being slimy, flies landing and getting stuck in food, the list goes on smh, but the topper was the black stuff floating in my soda from the ice. 🤢🤮 I said something and the person working asked "Well what do you want me to do about it?" Complete FAIL. Worst experience at a Subway EVER!!!! This place should be shut down!

Love the food and the customer service!
People need to understand,the employees don't choose to be understaffed. They don't make the rules, and can loose they're job if they break them. There's only so much one person can do through their shift. Give them the courtesy and respect you expect. Their making your food for you. Appreciate them giving their time to make your food.

We arrive around 9:30pm Sunday 6/2 an the open sign was on but the doors lock. An the worker just said we are closed I point to the sign an she just said no, they suppose to close at 10.

Went in there with my significant other and received the worst customer service. We made our orders online and went inside to wait patiently. The female worker with tattoos was very rude. She accused my boyfriend of spitting into the trash when really he was respectfully taking the seeds he had eaten into the trash. Even before that I had asked her if she knew which sand which was which and she just said “That’s something you should be able to figure out on your own”. She claimed we glared at her when we were just making sure she made our order correctly. She was rushing to make our food and didn’t even cut the sandwiches. Not only that but she said she would call the cops. It got worse when the other worker told my boyfriend to be a man about the whole situation. He told him to take it outside. We’re really disappointed by the service they provided. The women obviously took things personal at first and started disrespecting us.

I got a sandwich the other day that was pretty good. I mean it's a sandwich. The manager was there and super helpful and not pushy or in a rush. Was nice since I'm a bit indecisive ?Definitely will come back

Nich a Dad4 Service

This is a low rated post due to Subway's manager who decided to refuse service to us the way we requested based on our need for food. They decided to lock the doors when we left and took photos of the store. Probably thinking we're dangerous cuz we're belligerent. We intended to purchase six Subs unaware of their five sub limit policy and when we said well that's okay there's two of us to make two separate orders they said only one coupon then I said fine then I'd like to speak with the manager and they said I am the manager it's one coupon because it's one order you came in together it counts as one order. Or something to that effect. The guy did not appreciate the fact that there's people here to pay money for service it explains why their rating is 3.3 stars on Google Maps. Hopefully it goes down! Lastly in my three photos the manager can be seen smiling at us. Circled in red.
