I bought a foot long cookie and was very dissapointed with the quality of the product. When I got it home it was doughy in the middle and my wife didn't like the look and presantation when I got it home to her.

I don’t even want to give this one star. We walked in after a long day at the hospital, and the employee behind the counter was making a sandwich so slow that I thought he was a sloth. We ended up walking out because there was a second sandwich to be made by the couple that was there in front of us, I’ve never witnessed this before an Any other subway.

As we walked in my kid asked about a kids meal and the gentleman said 'we don't do kids meals' so I proceeded with a 6 inch meal. Gets done with our subs get to a sign at the register 'NO CASH' due to '$2000 missing from the store' mind boggled us as customers have to deal with staffing issues and theft. Didn't offer a solution or the sandwiches. Not sure where the customer service was in this whole ordeal but don't waste your time or money here. Pam handlers out side as well.

Terrible. Just terrible. Super dirty. The sandwiches made on wrong bread, no sauce. The worst online order location ever. Never again, waste of time and money. We couldn’t even eat that food.

Lady at the counter was very helpful my sandwich is made exactly the way I liked it also was my wife's sandwich great customer service great sandwich skills the only thing that kind of I wasn't too keen on was the fact that she was the only one working I've been to other subways not sure if this was just the manager but I really think that corporate should should have more than one person holding down the store it was quite busy she was very professional I felt for her being under that kind of pressure Plus most of the customers that were behind me were very patient and that but as far as that location between I would say midday and dinner time the corporation needs to make sure that they get qualified people in there to help just one person just not fair for the employee but this food was great atmosphere is great the shop was very clean that's all I got to say about that

Every single time I've been there, I had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for service while the single employee got his drink and took his sweet time.This last time, the employee told my wife they didn't have gluten free bread. Subway does usually carry gluten free bread options though. They need more employees at the store to reduce ridiculous wait times, better stock, and better training for their employees. This place is awful and I cannot recommend it for anyone.

Ordered through Grub Hub for a pickup and honestly it was not a great experience. I walked in and was alone for 5 minutes, then at pick up time the guy with dark hair and glasses had just started making it. The only word he said to me was “making it” and nothing else during the entire trip. Definitely not a great experience. I know it gets busy but it was dead silent in there and I work customer service so I try to be as nice and get my feelings and thoughts across without making it personal but this was so unpleasant.

**DO NOT ORDER ONLINE*I urge you to not place an online order here. They are very understaffed and may not be able to fulfil your order. 2 times in the past 2 months have they been so slammed because someone ordered 20 sandwiches around lunch time, that they refused to take new customers and fulfil online orders. They will tell you to call the Subway headquarters and ask for a refund, you can guess how successful that was.The management needs to get a grip and hire more people. This is an ongoing issue at this location.

This is one of the worst subways I've been to, and it's consistently bad. They are always out of items, like a lot of items, and don't update their app when they are.. not to mention they are connected to building that has a grocery store in it. All of the workers are insanely slow. Today, the person refused to refund part of an app order that was missing on top of swapping veggies/ sauces for two sandwiches.
