I swear I need to know how they store their bread lol Because if you order anytime after 8 PM, you better believe that bread is going to be rock solid and If you toast it It’s gonna be like biting Into a brick that crumbles everywhere. It’s not only happened once to me. It’s happened three times (And I’ve given Space between these times To retry and see if it was If it was an isolated incident) But it’s not. Stellar customer service, the manager was teaching what appeared to be a new employee, she was very patient and acknowledged myself and a friend being apologetic for the wait, which was no problem at all, I also own a business and I'm here to tell you the young manager Drea is awesome very attentive and cares about the customer, you've went above and beyond with hiring this young lady, we're definitely going to come back to this location

We have ordered online more than once only to arrive to pick up our food (around 5pm) and all the doors are locked. No one answers when you knock and the phone number on the door is "unavailable" when you call it. I can't express how frustrating it is to have this store be so unreliable. The sandwiches are great when you can get them, but you absolutely cannot count on them being open during their posted hours.
