I just left after waiting 20 mins. Between 2 staff members they only were able to make it through one in-store order. When I showed up I was 2nd in line and when I left there were at least 5 people behind me. I completely understand managing online vs in person orders and the delays it causes in person guests. I visit Starbucks often. It’s a balance. But 1 in person order every 20 mins is a bit too long..

i get subway coupons here in bethany monthly and now this location does not accept coupons. like someone else said, greedy manager. not impressed and will choose a different location from now on. disappointing!

The food and service here is great. Love the staff!! I've recently started driving an extra 15 min to Tanasbourne and avoiding the Bethany location. The money hungry manager put a sign up that coupons aren't accented and when ordering online the promo codes don't work. By the way everywhere else you can get any footling for $6 by typing in FL599 in the promo code box if you order online. It's your franchise dude do what you want but you're going to lose customers.

If I could no stars I would . The lady working at 5pm on Monday the 3rd of July . I could not believe how she was acting trying to upcharge for every single thing including my paper wrap because I wanted separte . I understand she does not like her job but she need to professional. It’s not right to treat customers like this.She also laughed at me. Also who charges extra for extra sauce ??

two people working on Sunday. long line. ordered on line said it would be ready at 1 pm. it's now 1:20 and the only online order that was filled was someone who waited 45 minutes. As I've already paid I'm stuck waiting. I will not return to this business.
