Check your orders before leaving the restaurant!
When you order one of the most important things is that it be correct. We placed the order online, we picked up, we got home, we opened the subs and found that they put the wrong toppings on the wrong sandwiches. There's lots of toppings and it's complicated at times, but this is a critical thing that must be correct for a positive customer experience.

What’s up with the new nasty turkey? I haven’t been to Subway in over a year and was surprised to see the type of shaved pink turkey lunchmeat that is so cheap I never buy it at the grocery store.
Great food but the customer service is why I go back.
They somehow remember the details of my preferences after dealing with hundreds of other customers in a day.
