I have never had problem with this store. Order has always been on time and made correctly.
BUT. for some unknown reason, this store is the most expensive of all Taco bells nearby. Not sure what makes them special. I only go there when the offer price is fixed. Normally I'll always skip this store just because of its prices. Fix your prices.

there’s a reason why this place has such low reviews. wait time is ridiculous for what you get.. if you even get all the items you paid for.
Their online app order is faulty. Avoid the app unless you want to show up in the store and wait 30 minutes for your food.
Update: I've also noticed the prices here are a lot more expensive compared to the taco bell location by the home depot by sunset high. (I.e: a $9 deluxe box costs 11.25$ in bethany)
