The lady, whom I assume was the owner, was yelling at the ONLY employee she had working for her. He was almost to the point of tears! Poor kid!

Walked in! Pretty clean but once I ordered i was telling the guy what I wanted. He was very quiet? And he kept messing up on my order I did correct him and used the wrong bread but I was speaking clearly? And still her couldn’t hear me.. He also charged double but got a refund, he didn’t charge for the drink I put on the counter. So we re did the purchase. He might be new but please know and be prepared to work at restaurants!

4th time in a row they've made an error on my mobile order. The first time they didn't include the bacon I paid extra for. The last three they haven't toasted the sub, although it says clearly on the receipt and in the app that I want it toasted. They didn't even warm up the chicken breast this time. Womp womp

Who ever owns all the subways in my area, you suck. Why would you take out ads in the local paper if you’re not going to accept them anywhere in the local area.
I happen to like Subway, but this is probably the worst Subway franchise on the planet. If you order ahead for takeaway, they skimp on everything.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was happy to see they had a daily meal deal for $6.99 ( + $3 for a footlong) that was being advertised on the menu board. I ordered the footlong deal of the day and was told at the register that the button on the register wasn’t working for the discount so if I wanted the meal, I would have to pay full price, or $19!!! I declined and just bought the footlong, which was still $14 since it was already made. 👎🏼

The last couple of times i have went here, the food has tasted really off. To start off, the lettuce was turning yellow-brownish???Also the tuna bin had a kind of oldish tuna rim around it, it looked like it hadnt been switched out or cleaned properly for a while. And to top it off the roast beef looked almost revolting. I dont usually give out these kind of reviews, especially bad ones, but really the quality of the food at this specific store had me mever wanting to come back (and i dont think i will). After eating here, i had gotten sick for a couple of days and i think it might have been food poisoning. But that wasnt all, the manager (Teresa i think) had given me the kind of vibe that insinuated she did not want me here. I didnt feel welcomed while ordering, she was very disrespectful not only to me, but also the worker she was training. Overall, due to this experience I dont think ill be going to this subway or any subway for a while.
manager was extremely rude, food taste like its expired. food is turning colors its nots supposed to be. workers where amazing and nice.
Most bizarre experience ever…ordered two completely different sandwiches for pick up and received the same weird two sandwiches with ingredients that we didn’t order. Disgusting and inedible and it’s difficult to even comprehend how someone could get an order SO wrong. Almost laughable?

I had to tell the employee to wash their hands after mopping and then moving to the make table.
There zero cell service by the register (Sus af) so using the app is impossible once you enter the door.
Come here about once a month. 2/3 "Sandwich Artists" are 5 star, 1/3 are 0 star.

Won't honor Subway coupons!! Was told the owner "locked" the coupon button on the register and therefore they can't
accept Subway coupons. Didn't even bother ordering. Been going there for 10 years but l won't be going back!

What you are supposed to get vs what you get a this location, also paid extra 1.50 for extra meat (unless I actually paid to get less meat ? ?) sandwich was literally crumbling on itself because of how empty it was ?. The sandwich maker was rude too ?.

They don’t accept coupons, food quality looked very very questionable, nervous to order some of the cheese or veggies based on how it looked. The place was clea and tidy…But still never coming back.
