12 taps beers & cider. Double daily happy hour drop craft beer pint prices to $6 from 4-6pm & 10pm-midnight. AC blows cool in Summer. Heat blows warm in winter. Covered outdoor seating. Well behaved dog friendly on the patio, but not kid friendly (21+). Soccer on the TVs whenever possible. Timbers, Trailblazers, 49ers & Seahawks, & other sportsball on TV. Daily food specials. A great local dive bar. The staff is the best, as are the patrons.

Me and 5 others was traveling through Oregon and stayed over night in Portland. We needed a place to have dinner and a few drinks and we stopped in bullseye. It was one of the most pleasant experiences on our trip. The food was awesome and the prices was very reasonable. The owner was one of the nicest fellows I've meet. If I didn't live in Kansas and was closer I would definitely frequent bullseye. Can't go wrong with them.
