I walked in order lunch on my work break today. I bearly my hand on the sneeze gard, and it moved. I immediately apologized profusely saying "I'm sooo sorry! I totally apologize! I am sooo embarrassed!!"The lady worker never smiled, never looked me in the eye, never greeted me, never sad "It's ok..."Just said, "What do you want?" In a very stern voice! I said "listen,... I'm so sorry I moved the sneeze gard. I'm so embarrassed!" Smiling nervously.She said nothing and just looked at me with a frown.So I just left. She was super rude!!!

Ok. The sandwich was good. Not great. But good. But, in a moment of personal stupidity, I bought a trio of cookies. All of which were by turns terrible, weirdly chemical tasting, and overly sweet. Yuck. Stay away from the cookies.

Nothing to say that hasn't been said. Look at the downhill reviews and read an article or see a documentary about SUBWAY, and it's clear why not to go there anymore. They're a very dominant chain, somehow because they trash the franchisees and the employees are all sick of working there now. Used to seem pretty alright at most locations.Personally, I'm done. Do what ya want.

If you aren’t open. Even though it says online you are turn off your sign in the window. Everything says you are open yet doors are locked.
This subway store essentially has no set hours and the employees are rude when asked if there is a better way than walking to the store to find out if it is open. Due to recent events downtown and staffing shortages this location does not have hours posted outside the store nor do they adhere to the posted hours on subways website. I work nearby and can never tell if they will actually be open when I would like to eat here. Food is great, when I can get it.
