I used to come here for lunch at least two to three times a week, but this location no longer accepts coupons or my rewards points. What is the point? If I want to pay $10-$15 for a sandwich, I might as well go to one of the many non-chain restaurants in the area. I have had great customer service here, but the lack of quality mixed with the inability to actually use my rewards account or coupons just ruins it for me. I won't be back, unfortunately.

This subway used to have the best employees, I just received some of the worst service ever. Such a bummer that no one cares about customer service experience anymore. It feels like it makes the food worse too.

Nice looking place inside. I've only gone there to get a drink so far, and unfortunately the music is a bit to loud as I was unable to hear the worker in the back inform me that he was coming, which lead to me yelling "hello" for a second time. The worker appeared with obvious frustration at me for yelling for a 2nd time, which was the result of not being able to hear he tell me he was coming the first time, but again the music made it difficult to hear. The worker did apologize to the frustration, but I am a little apprehensive of returning there now !!

I have been waiting for a mobile order I placed 37 minutes ago for way too long. It was due at 11:25 and marked done at 11:26 and was not even started until 11:27 and now it is 11:37 AND IT IS STILL NOT READY. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Really irritating to order food delivery from this location because there's no accountability to them just completely ruining your orderI ordered a completely plain sandwich with cheese chicken and green peppers for children and they covered it in lettuce tomatoes onions for no reason they just decided to make it their own sandwich and not what we ordered for children. I'm stuck home injured and cannot go get anything and this is what the kids were supposed to eat for dinner. If you're the employer you should check who you had working at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd of January and ask them why they didn't follow the order they were given for a $13 sandwich. I also ordered four drinks and they sent 3

Let me tell you something. I don’t exaggerate anything. When I tell you that I came in here and had the most polite fun and happy time just getting my sandwiches that means something. This woman Amy made my sandwiches with love and a smile. I really really appreciated the interaction, especially on Sunday the time of rest and relaxation. It was pleasant. I can really tell she enjoys what she does. We all should appreciate people like her.
