This subway used to have the best employees, I just received some of the worst service ever. Such a bummer that no one cares about customer service experience anymore. It feels like it makes the food worse too.
Nice looking place inside. I've only gone there to get a drink so far, and unfortunately the music is a bit to loud as I was unable to hear the worker in the back inform me that he was coming, which lead to me yelling "hello" for a second time. The worker appeared with obvious frustration at me for yelling for a 2nd time, which was the result of not being able to hear he tell me he was coming the first time, but again the music made it difficult to hear. Let me tell you something. I don’t exaggerate anything. When I tell you that I came in here and had the most polite fun and happy time just getting my sandwiches that means something. This woman Amy made my sandwiches with love and a smile. I really really appreciated the interaction, especially on Sunday the time of rest and relaxation. It was pleasant. I can really tell she enjoys what she does. We all should appreciate people like her.
