Amy had the best customer that I’ve had in years. She was working by herself with a long line of customers, in a sketch area, she was so kind, so sweet and happy to help. She made a great sandwich. Prep area was clean ingredients were fresh. She just did a great overall job. It doesn’t get better than that.

I had 4 minutes to have a sandwich made and be out the door! There was one person ahead of me, so I skipped the toasting of the sandwich. I was out the door in 4, and was on time to pick up my kiddo, and a lovely sandwich to eat! Very quick and efficient!

This subway used to have the best employees, I just received some of the worst service ever. Such a bummer that no one cares about customer service experience anymore. It feels like it makes the food worse too.
