I was in line for 15 minutes with two people in front of me and only two employees working the lunch rush in the only subway within 5 miles. I finally got up to the counter and one of the two employees decided that instead of helping the customers that are waiting in line there, they would start making the online orders instead. Then the other guy finally comes around after restocking the restaurant during lunch rush And takes my order and the order of the person behind me and starts making the order of the person behind me while my order just sitting there getting old. I ended up having to leave with no food because my lunch was over because I was standing there for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

The workers here are off meth. I bought two sandwiches online and came into pickup my order. I was yelled at by the employee and told that I couldnt have my food and when I asked for the managers number and for my money back I got screamed at. The worker looked like he was off meth or crack I'm not even joking he looked high as a kite. This subway location is disgusting and should be ashamed. they took my moeny and didn't even give me my food. go to the subway by psu or in the pearl this one is a disgrace.

This store is the worst every time I come to it. The staff is incredibly slow. They are always out of everything. Sometimes I show up when they are supposed to be open and there’s a sign saying they are closed for now. Today I went in and they only had white or wheat bread and were out of everything else I wanted so I went to a different store. Avoid this one if you can.

If you get a bowl make sure they put the dressing on top of the lettuce not on top of the meat

This subway is a mess, they hardly ever have all their ingredients so you never get what you truly want. Employees are constantly complaining about the work conditions to the customers. Nighttime guy is always blaming the morning people for nothing getting done yet is just sitting & playing on his phone in the back whenever i come in.

Placed a mobile order today, which the store accepted.Went to pick up my order and they locked the doors, starting they were too busy with another order.By the way, 9 other customers came and left because he refused to let any one in.Great way to run a business.

let me first say that the wonderful, hardworking person tonight deserves 10 stars!! but it is so hard to watch someone suffer. they were scheduled to close alone, meaning no coverage for breaks and an insane workload. this is not okay. they told me they're expected to train someone tomorrow after being there for a month - also not okay!I encouraged them to put themselves first and leave. It's extremely unethical how they're spreading their employees this thin. I think before complaining about poor service, you should consider what's bringing the employees to that point. I hope subway as a whole learns to treat their staff better, but for now I'm stepping back as to not be someone's tipping point. I swear it wasn't always like this.

This is W Burnside, so you can't blame them for the atmosphere. They were out of a lot of stuff; but, the Sandwich Maker had such skill, it didn't matter. She was thoughtful, kind and personable. Some of the dishes I'm not recommending are simply a matter of taste, while others I haven't tried. With a good Sandwich Maker, all their food is always awesome.Vegetarian options: So many vegetables go on the Veggie Delight, and you can usually add more, including jalapenos for vitamin C and smashed avocado for protein.Kid-friendliness: W Burnside is not child friendly; but, Subway usually is.Parking: It's situated in the parking lot of a strip mall; so, there's plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Entirely accessible. The spaces are not too narrow for easy maneuvering.Dietary restrictions: It's very build-your-own; so, if you get something you shouldn't have, it's basically on you. Just tell the Sandwich Maker so they can wipe the line and change their gloves before beginning your build.
