delicious filipino food

The crispy pork belly is way too fatty to my taste. Ambience is nice. Not much service involved since I ordered on a screen and picked up at a window.

Sunrice is inside of Roxy hotel. Pleasant ambiance of the lobby tucked behind the hotel front desk for hotel guests and food court eaters.

Excellent Philippine food. Reasonable prices. The cook and helper Kent and Jason were very nice and greeted everyone with friendly smile.

Food was fresh but menu is small and expensive. Service is non existent. Should have soy sauce out. Better options in Beaverton and East Portland.

To start off, the atmosphere that SunRice is located in is gorgeous. Beautiful artwork is hung around and it just compliments how delicious their food is as well. This Filipino establishment serves the finest dishes here to offer in the Northwest. I highly recommend all of their dishes, drinks, and ube donuts. The service is also exponential, such a kind and cool crew! Overall, if you're in the area, make sure to stop by the Moxy Hotel to try out SunRice! This place will get you hooked on Filipino cuisine! I would highly recommend it.

I LOVE SUNRICE <3

Nice to see in the Moxy lobby for convenience. Came at friends recommendation, but for the price, bit overrated and taste was meh. Would rather try the other place next door.

Amazing food and super quick pickup experience. I ordered the chicken bowl for pickup and added extra pork belly. Everything is so delicious! From the egg to the chicken and pork belly to the rice. So flavorful and a very hearty portion! I felt full from one bite haha
Definitely recommend stopping by, it’s sooo worth the hype!!

Some of the most positive, enthusiastic people in the Portland food scene. Each dish I get here constantly amazes me. They also do pop ups around the city which I frequently find myself attending. Huge fan!!

The food was phenomenal! Fresh, seasoned just right, and fast! It was a large meal, but I don't feel heavy after I ate.

The fish and the chicken are great. My wife loved the fish and their garlic rice was the best I've ever had. Small kitchen is punching much higher than their size would lead you to expect. The lobby they are in is very cute as well.
Definitely will be back. Definitely worth your visit.
Last thing, their portions are pretty big, it's expensive, but you will be full!

It was a cute little food court but definitely wasn't worth the $17 for one small bowl that hurt my stomach

Of all the times I've tried it, I've honestly never liked pork belly. But we gave this one a shot because the pictures look incredible. I think I understand now, I'm a believer! It was incredible. It just melts. And I think I read a review saying it's overpriced? For $17 you get a TON of food. Much more than a lot of places in Portland. Definitely going back soon.
