Swine Restaurant, Moonshine & Whiskey Bar

We choose Taylor Street Tavern for several reasons. First, delicious food and great service. Second, they are graciously willing to let us spit our salad and entree. Leif helped us decide which entree would be easiest to share. A super location to stop before a show at Portland 5.

I ordered the wedge salad; the lettuce was not fresh, and the result was a "just ok" salad; it could have been way better. Other than that, the food was good, the service was good. If you're going on a weekend evening, make sure you have a reservation. I've been here for breakfast before, and it was wonderful.

A fairly small menu, but it was varied, reasonably priced, and our selections were much enjoyed. We would definitely return.

The place was empty, no need for reservations. My cocktail was good and service was reasonable. The food was not great. We had the fried chicken- boneless, dry and overcooked. Gravy was sooo super bacon-y, way too much to actually eat. Luckily we got it on the side. We also had the salmon and the fish itself was delicious. However the butternut squash was still crunchy and the spinach was overcooked and bland.

Great spot downtown for upscale pub grub. We went on a Thursday and they weren't busy, but the vibe was great, food delicious and service attentive without being pushy. Fun cocktail drink and great dessert choices.

Mains were delicious. Dessert was a bit lacking. Was busy and humming, quite an enjoyable evening. I hear from friends at the table that the spicy margaritas were excellent

Service was great. We messaged we were stuck in traffic and running late. Thankfully the host called us before giving up our table because we were stuck behind a crowd of people in the doorway. SO grateful for that! I'm actually still in awe they took that extra step in customer service. It made a huge impression and deserves acknowledgment. We let our server know we were pressed for time before our show since we arrived late. He was quick and attentive and had the bill ready for us. Our beverages, salad and burger were great. The shrimp pasta was ok.... Overall very pleased and will come again. Thank you!

Host was so accommodating despite us being 30 minutes late due to traffic. Shared a table with another party and made it work. Food was great.

Vastly improved over my last visit in December. Everything on the table was well-prepared and flavorful. Our server was cheerful and competent.

Great spot for a casual meal. Cocktails were quite good - actually the Cosmo was great. The wedge salad and Turkey BLTA were excellent. The Brussels sprouts could have cut up a bit more and fully cooked - but the toppings were great. Service was very good as was the ambiance. We would certainly visit again.

Service was outstanding, as were our dinners and drinks. This was our second meal there while in town and once again was excellent. Only downside on this evening was it was a hot day and the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. I noted other diners fanning themselves with their menus. Our server brought a carafe of ice water to our table - which was much appreciated due to the dining room temperature.

This place is great. Its not the cheapest bar, but they have a tremendous whiskey selection and some very decent food.
Their happy hour is great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
They also mix up some super tasty cocktails. I really like the strawberry sangria with infused moonshine.
It is kind of weird that you have to go outside and then downstairs to use the bathroom, but its in a hotel? Oh well

Good food, great drinks! I had the old fashioned and a smoky version, and omg life changing. So much flavor with so few ingredients. Excellent service, the kindest wait staff.

I came here after a really long day while traveling. The service was excellent and my server was so kind! Sopressata flatbread was outstanding and paired perfectly with my glass of wine. I would likely come back.
