This location constantly messes up my orders as of late. The other half of the time they just can't make it right. Also very rude when you bring up the fact they messed up.

Tacos were completely crushed and my burrito was if someone was standing on it all day completely flat and everything squished out of it won't go there again

Agree with other reviews that this is the worst location in the area. Staff needs to be retrained or replaced. The last 3 times we’ve been here they’ve messed up our order and items are frequently made poorly (majorly skimping on filling, things like fries having no seasoning). First we got cantina tacos and they only put chicken in them - no cabbage or any other toppings. Last time they left a whole burrito out of a box and we had to go back. Today our nacho fries looked like normal fries (hardly any seasoning), cinnamon twists were just plain dough, and we had to take the new poblano & steak rolled quesadilla back because there was no poblano in it. The remake had less than 5 tiny pieces of steak and very little cheese.

The crew here REALLY doesn't know how to interact with customers. You have to yell at them for them to give you your food here. They're all clearly grown on smart devices and no social interaction. Clearly no worker / customer etiquette.

Gets orders wrong all the time and provides 75 sauce packets for every $2 worth of food, which is super wasteful and drives up the prices for everyone.
Went a couple times recently, orders mostly good. 80 percent well done about the same at speed for order made.

Great food (tacos, burritos, chalupas) but the only issue I have is sometimes they get an ingredient wrong

The staff at this location is a joke. Customers were being ignored and they forgot the drink and a taco from my order. I had to grab a cup from behind the counter myself and couldn't get anyone's attention for my missing taco.

Waiting in the drive through do 20 min for someone to take my order than on the windows they said they were closed and to come back after they taken my order. And it wasn’t busy at all. And the guy was eating fires while he was talking to me, unprofessional I just end up driving away.

This is the worst taco bell in the area. The service is absolute garbage. If you go to the counter everyone in the back just stares at you instead of getting someone to help, no one speaks English and they all act like you asking them to do their jobs is somehow inconveniencing them. Unfortunately my kids like taco bell or else I would never give these people my money. Then it takes half an hour (slight embellishment...slight) to get the food once you actually order.

Unprofessional & immature people working here. Make sure to roll your window up after ordering otherwise they’ll mock you over the intercom and act confused when confronted at the window.
