The workers here are disrespectful for no reason. I would say if you don't want to work at taco bell then don't. Don't take it out on the customers we did nothing to deserve the attitude. Management should look at how their employees are acting towards customer to correct this. I understand this is taco bell not really regulated either you are going to order food or not and it is ordered on tablet now the reason I am sending this because the contact now is minimal.

Very disappointing place to visit, and staff lacks professionalism. Don’t expect to get the food you pay for, and don’t you dare go back for it when they forget it.
My boyfriend drove here to get food for both of us, and while they managed to provide his food, all of mine was forgotten and he didn’t notice until he opened the bag at home, as he trusted them to be able to perform their job correctly and provide the food he ordered and paid for. I tried calling four times, with the phone answering and immediately hanging up each time.
So, I had to stop what I was doing, and drive there to get my food. Once I pulled up to the speaker, I was immediately laughed at once I explained I was not ordering new food, but coming to get what was forgotten. I got to the window, and was ignored for 3 minutes until told the total for the food, as they expected me to pay for it even though I already had. He rolled his eyes and reluctantly gave me the food, and never apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if there was a leadership member or manager to speak to, and he said it was him and walked away again. I asked for a receipt for the original order, as I was never given one (only the order taped to the bag). He cursed at me and eventually printed the receipt, then proceeded to curse and tell me to leave. I asked who I could speak to about this interaction, and he said my only option was the store number (the one I already called four times with no avail). He freaked out on me, telling me I had my food and what else I need, and I explained I needed my food the first time it was ordered, and unfortunately expected professionalism when I came back to make it right.
Through the interaction he kept combing his fingers through his uncontained, unkept, long beard, and his shirt kept rising to show his belly. His cursing, avoidance, and complaining about having to be on the window was appalling. This whole experience was atrocious.
I will be making further drives to avoid an establishment that tolerates this behavior, especially within its “leadership.” I recommend doing the same, as this place is clearly not up to any kind of customer service standard.

Can be good sometimes and can be not so good. Depends on what crew is working, I've gone there since it was built. With the new eltronic check-in devices inside the actual taco bell, the reasurant has kind of changed everything and in a bad way. When I have gone to the counter about 3 times at this location they look at me like im stupid and tell me to go to the electronic stand instead of manually tacking my order and ESPECIALLY when there is a full crew and only two other purchases being made through the drive thru line. I've worked multiple customer service jobs and in order to get a good review or regulars have to create a kind environment not a stale one.

God forbid you order anything besides a basic menu item. It will be wrong. Drive thru speaks broken english, can’t understand you. Any substitution, exclusion or additive will be IGNORED. If you say sub chicken for beef? They’re flabbergasted. You get chicken. If you say no tomato? You get extra tomato. I personally could not imagine this level of carelessness/inattentiveness.
I completely understand that these people are busy, and they do have a hard job that gets very less respect than deserved, but after nearly TEN (10) wrong orders in a row, there needs to be changes. I come at the least busy time of the day everytime, yet still, my absolutely basic order seems to be far too much to comprehend for the workers.

Ordered black bean grilled cheese burrito, this was confirmed and repeated back to me. They gave me beef, was eating it before I realized, now I'm having severe stomach pain. I've also ordered the chicken nuggets 4 different times and every single time I order the nuggets I ask for sauce, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they say they'll give me the sauce and they don't. Never going here again, this place sucks
I stopped here after work to get some fast food, ordered $30 in food and they charge 25c per sauce. I won’t be buying from this location any further lots of fast food places around. actually a taco cart just down the street. I got way better food for way cheaper price.

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive through and the guy who took our order was really nice and funny. We got 4 of the Doritos tacos and they were good. They did add a normal crunchy taco shells inside it was a good laugh for me and my bf
