I pulled up to taco bell on 8181 SE Johnson Creek Blvd late at 2 AM and they didn't give me my order. I couldn't even cancel my order on the app, so I had to pay the 13$. I was sick af that I didn't get my order and this warrants a 1/5 star review. I'm gonna come and try to get my order now, wish me luck!

I've given this place a lot of chances, but I just can't anymore. Every time I come here, I'm disappointed and/or disgusted. My friend bought me a quesadilla here yesterday, and it tasted like burnt plastic. Like they accidentally melted a wrapper on the burner and served all the food anyway. This is the most egregious thing that's happened here, but definitely not the first.

This is the most austere Taco Bell I've ever been to, but the service is good and the food was great since it's Taco Bell lol. You have to take that with a grain of salt because it is Taco Bell but it was delicious

Staff was extremely unprofessional. Girl taking orders put "rude girl " on the food receipt. Lady in charge said "she's just a teenager "
