Went inside to order a breakfast burrito, zero help but a girl with an attitude telling me to order on the kiosk, I am a rewards member and wanted to use a reward, the kiosk wasn't working and the staff had zero customer service skills. This is seriously the worst taca bell location hands down.

I pulled into the drive thru on 11/12/25. After a bit of a wait (and being blocked into the druve by cars behind me, I order and findnout there's no beef, and the soda machine is broken. They asked if I wanted a different meat, and thrn charged me an extra dollar to substitute it.
This isn't the fault of the employees working at the store. This is thebfault of the franchisee(s) and senior store management. How do you run out of beef at Taco Bell. Unsat.

I ordered 4 items and they still missed one.. 3 tacos and a quesadilla seems pretty straight forward but this place shorted me a taco

Asked for burrito w/o cheese but they put cheese on it. Brought it back, was told it was impossible to make one without cheese. I explained I can’t eat cheese or cream. They did make another free of cheese, however it still had sour cream. I was told Creamy Jalapeño sauce didn’t have cream but it does. These people could use more training. Doubt I’ll go there again.

No one at the counter, they just want you to use the in-store kiosk to order which takes eight steps just to order a single item while prompting you. If you want to buy more items or add more items on it's ridiculous. The bathrooms are also locked too.

Drive-thru, food was hot and made to order. Service was quick and friendly. Everything was served as ordered. Best TB experience I've had in a minute.
Its like a very robotic place with no customer service. The bathrooms are Very dirty and the tables all have food on them and sticky. No tables wiped down & I tried getting someone to help but was ignored so I had to get my own napkins and wet them in the Pepsi machine to clean the sticky table. The whole time I was here there was no tables cleaned off at all. Oh and no trays for eating in. All to go bags.
