One bite and I threw it away. Service was horrible, I was at least 10 cars back and the line was moving ok, but when I got to the speaker, I was told to hold on and I sat there and watched all the cars in front of me get their food and leave and still I hadn't ordered and all I needed to do was give my name as I ordered from the app and I finally said I'm HELLO and she finally came back on and I told her my name. In the meantime, there is now an even longer line waiting behind me.
When I finally got home and looked at my food, most of it was disgusting. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat in the taco, 4 or 5 pieces of cheese and a few strands of lettuce. The 5 layer burrito was a lump in the tortilla, hardly any cheese to be found and the Cheesy Gordito was the same as the taco.
Color me gone!

Not opened with the schedule online or on their door. Pulled up to the window at 8:07 in the morning and someone at the drive-thru was nice enough to tell me through the speaker box that they don't open till 9:00

Nobody wants to help you and the entire time. The people behind the counter were too busy arguing with each other.

At $5.69 for a single beef chalupa supreme, I would expect more than a half teaspoon of meat and than a half dozen shreds of cheese. Ridiculous 😡

After multiple trips here being LAME,
I wont be spending my money on their food anymore.
Its now so overpriced for what youre getting!
Which has been almost nothing at multiple locations...
I understand shrinkflation, and this big war on the meat industry, but passing the buck to customers just means it will eventually pass your establishment entirely and youll be out of business if the owner doesnt address the increasing number of 1 star ratings.
I get its fast food, but you could still have some pride in your business.

I just walked into this Taco Bell to get some lunch and work on my laptop a little bit. I asked for the restroom code before I ordered, and I was told that I couldn't have the restroom code until after I ordered food.

I understand that there's a homeless problem and that their bathrooms get used for things that they're not okay with, but I'm clean cut, carrying a laptop bag, and obviously not homeless or drug user. Asking to use the restroom prior to purchasing my food is something I do regularly at different locations, but I did let her know that I would not be purchasing food here because I thought that that was poor customer service.

Her response "That's fine."

I stopped here occasionally because one of my offices is nearby, but I definitely won't be eating here again. There's no excuse for poor customer service.

This is to the guy at the drive through window today 10/10 at around 8:45 am. You sir made my whole morning better. I felt horrible about paying in coins and you got so excited and made me feel so much better. The food was incredible always is but the drive through window guy is a saint. I've been skipping breakfast all week because I haven't had money for food barely able to pay bills so you accepting the coins with a smile on your face made my morning brighter.
