Worst Taco Bell in existence … They have burned food a few times , they forget ingredients in some items , and the wait there is typically 20-30 mins.
If you need a TB fix avoid this place AT ALL COSTS

I WILL NEVER SPEND MY$ N THIS PLACE! I WOULD SUGGEST IF U FIND MIND WORKING THEY'RE& NOT GETTING PAID 4 DOING THE CASHIER'S JOB, & SHOWING UP EVEN THERE R NO CARD N LOT, NO ONE INSIDE & 1 CAR N DON'T THRU & STANDING AT COUNTER. WORK NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THEN PLEASE BY ALL MEANS FIND YOUR $ TO THEM. WENT N ONE TIME& A GOOD 5 MINUTES AFTER EVERYONE ELSE HAD LEFT THEY WOULDN'T DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I WAS THERE. This taco bell has saved my night too many times to count. Just the fact that there’s someone ready to make me food at 1am on a Saturday is good enough for 5 stars. If you’re sincerely looking at a google review for taco bell, like maybe you should reconsider some things.

I have gone back and seen drastic changes, MUCH IMPROVEMENT ON SANITATION
Always polite. Employees could use training on order larification and interaction.

Stopped in here once about a month or so ago. Took them 10 minutes to make a basic order with no line in the drive thru and only one other customer.
Witnessed three people come in, and older Latino couple and a white male. The white male was treated with courtesy. The Latino couple were yelled at to order on the self service screen and were clearly confused. When they asked for help, they were yelled at again to wait. Unsurprisingly they left.

Placed an online order from this location in the past and I think this will be the last time I order from this location. For the second time I wasn’t given any sauce packets when I requested a handful of it. I prefer going to a different location. What a disappointment.

Unfortunately the store had shut down less than 10 min before my 12:30am arrival for a door dash order due to short staffing issues. I confirmed with the single staff member in the store that the store has been closing at 12am for the last 2 months and will be continuing thebnew short schedule until the staffing issue is corrected.

The site says they are open until midnight, but that’s a lie they are always closed before that even though you will see employees inside and they will tell you that it’s not open.

The staff is not really good with customers and only 3 employees working the drive thru and the dining area and they don't pay attention to the counter

placed an order ahead. said it would be ready at 11:08 and waited another 30 minutes after that. watched one employee walk in circles doing nothing and another stand on their phone while the remaining three employees were extremely slow and messing around. was not greeted at any point and every customer was ignored the whole time unless they slightly yelled for attention.

Was very stratified with my bean burrito and my whole order, a lot places don’t know how to make it right and I just end up only eating tortilla. Customer service was excellent I can tell Christian cares about his job which is nice to see now a days!
