I like how every time I tell them how many packets of sauce to give me I get either none or not even close to the number I asked for. And this is me not even mentioning how my order is never made correctly…Edit: they also didn’t give me any utensils to eat the bowl I ordered. Fantastic.

This taco bell is in violation of Portland code. The new code is found in chapter 224 of the new plan. In 33.224.070 Multi-Modal Access the code states, “When a drive-through facility is open and other pedestrian-oriented customer entrances to the business are unavailable or locked, the drive-through facility must serve customers using modes other than a vehicle such as pedestrians and bicyclists.” This applies to not only food establishments but banks, gas stations, pharmacies, and any retail business that has an outdoor service window. Had previously received service at drive thru. When approaching the window, was refused service because of transportation mode

I have had average and mid experiences here before but I am reviewing because last night, I had the best DoorDash’d Taco Bell of my life from this location. Like. It was incredible. Straight up divine. Packaged perfectly, nothing missed, the cinnamon twists were full! The burrito was delightful! The fried chicken empanada had me weak in the KNEES! The chalupa was well-tucked! No complaints, just wanted to voice my appreciation for a late night bit of Taco Bell goodness. I’ve had a miserable week, whoever was working here last night (that was 3/17), bless you, I hope angels rain cash and blessings upon you.

Every visit here is greeted with lack of any customer service. I visited today and ordered my normal and was told Taco Bell’s discontinued the beefy 5-layer. Which I find hard to believe as it is on their menu still, and was just ordered a few days prior. None of the staff smile or greet you with one. They also fail to listen to allergy requests that could cost us a hospital visit.

Asked for sauce when ordering, was not in the bag or box when handed to me. I politely asked for my sauces, and the extremely rude mexican dude and some girl demanded I hand them back everything through the window to verify I didn't get my sauces. You don't charge for them, it's not necessary to check. All they needed to do was give me my sauce. But they argued with me demanding I give them back my items for them to check. I refused and demanded my sauces to which the Mexican dude rudely shoved it out the window and gave me a dirty look. Unacceptable. Do better.
