Please listen to what is being ordered. Also, if you ordered a *cheese quesadilla, the primary thing here is the cheese. Not a dried out tortilla, an ungodly amount of creamy jalapeño sauce, and a few shreads of cheese. I understand quesadillas with another protein (chicken / beef / "steak") has a reduced cheese quantity due to being included as a topping/ingredient. But the cheese quesadilla does not. Good grief! Ordered crunchy tacos, got soft. Ordered power bowl, got home & there was no cheese nor guacamole. Gave clerk the money, she shorted us 4cents because they were out of pennies. She should have either asked us if we had a penny and then she could have given us a nickel OR could have just given us a nickel. Why should we lose 4cents so Taco Bell can save themselves 1cent. Then they act disgusted when wrong orders returned. Argh!!!!!

This is the closest Tacobell for me. I think, for awhile, I didn't like coming here and I'd go 2 miles or more out of my way to another Tacobell just for better service. Though, I've started going to this location again and the last time I went, the food was how I liked it and the service was pretty good. The previous time I went here, my crunchwrap was made wrong.
