There's a lot of Mexican food trucks around, but I go out of my way for this one. Love the food here.

Gather round my friends, and let me tell you a tale about a legendary food stop in the most humble of places. Here at this little blue food cart, there exists a man who cooks for the love of the game. His carne asada fries are the stuff of legends, his birria is stewed to perfection. But what really sets him apart from his nearby competition, is in fact, his cheeseburgers. I made the foolish mistake of sleeping on this man's burgers for far too long, and on this the day of our lord, April 15th, 2026, I finally took the plunge. And oh. My. God. What a burger it was. I first realized I was in trouble when I felt the heft of the bag. Fries just... don't weigh that much ya know? Then I opened the burger wrapper, and immediately my belt size went up 1 notch upon beholding the the greasy glory! I wanted to take a picture, but I didn't have time. For you see, this is a burger that you must do battle with. And so I fought the mighty beast, and after slaying it I stood, victorious, heart pumping, arteries clogged with the valor of my victory. After such a transcendent experience, I knew that I must spread the word, and proclaim this glory to the heavens like a greasy prophet. Here at 1900 and 4th street lies the holy grail of burgers. Come hither, and tackle this divine beast.

WHERE IS THE MEAT????Got a California burrito with carne asada…..literally one piece of carne asada and mainly rice and papas…Food was cold and not flavorful at all.What the hell is this!!! Like damn is your buisness hurting that bad that you can’t make a decent burrito! Disgrace to the culture…..literally the saddest burrito I ever ate

I have gotten food from here multiple times and I believe it’s really good as well as the drinks. The price I think is pretty good considering the portion sizes. Compared to other places I’ve been it is up there on my list of places to go. Now when I find myself downtown it’s one of my go to places. There is no seating so it’s definitely a grab and go kind of place. Fortunately though the waterfront is close by.

This is hands-down, the best Mexican food in Portland. I’ve pretty much had everything on the menu can’t go wrong. Also best hamburgers in Portland. Portland burger is amazing

Hands down some of the best Mexican food I’ve had IN THE STATE OF OREGON!

I was born and raised in California. I’ve tried all sorts of restaurants, taco trucks, street side taco vendors. This is some of the freshest tasting, very well quality Mexican food I have had in a while.

I’m not local to Portland but I am glad my Apple Maps recommended this as one of the local Mexican food options. I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality food.

The Service was good, friendly people working. The man who handed me my food was very polite.

This is one of those places I'm always disappointed by, but keep forgetting and going back to it because it's the last Mexican food cart to close. If you're looking for tacos, there are plenty of better options nearby. They pile cheese, avocado, and sour cream on top of tough, unseasoned meat, and the entire experience is a very flavorless, yet goopy taco. The burritos similarly suffer from excessive sour cream and cheese, which makes it difficult to notice any other flavors or textures. Would recommend any of the other Mexican offerings over Mosqueteros.
