Taste of Casablanca is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely outstanding, every dish bursts with flavor, and the ingredients are thoughtfully combined to complement one another beautifully. The beet and apple salad is a standout–fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The falafel is some of the best I’ve had, crispy and golden on the outside, warm, tender, and seasoned to perfection on the inside.
The owner is genuinely kind and welcoming, the kind of person who makes you want to come back just as much for the conversation as the cuisine. I can’t help but hope this is the beginning of one of those Portland food cart success stories where someone eventually ends up with their own restaurant.
Since discovering this place, I’ve come at least once a week, and often more than that. In fact, I'm going there immediately after I submit this review. Treat yourself and try it today!!

Food is great. Very flavorful combinations. Nice little coves to sit in and plenty of shade. The guy is super nice and patient. Overall a good place to eat. Visited twice since the place I was working at was near. Once I find a good place I tend to stick to it. Will be back if I'm ever in town again.

Food so good we got it twice in 24 hours! So flavorful - the falafel is perfectly crispy on the outside, the beet salad is PHENOMENAL, I would buy that in bulk. The dolma is on the spicier side, but not overpowering. 10/10 would eat again and again!

The food is exquisite. I had THE best salad I’ve ever eaten. Moroccan chicken, tons of pickled veggies, olives, fresh lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers. Delicious feta and sauce. I want to eat this every day! ✨ The nan who prepared my food was genuinely kind and chatted with me as I waited! Perfection.
