Chef Brando catered our law firm’s lunch, and everything was fantastic. His sandwiches were delicious, the soups (we had tortilla soup and gumbo) were amazing, and the balsamic reduction for strawberries afterwards was a perfect addition. Everyone was satisfied and stuffed. We look forward to having Chef Brando cater for us again, and I highly recommend him!

Authentic Chicago food with a hint of Portland flair! Being an ex-resident of the Windy City, it’s been hard to find anyone who can replicate many of the Chicago staples. When I heard about The Windy Rose I was immediately interested. The fact that Brandon uses Vienna Beef was all I needed to know. I ordered the Italian Beef and it was indeed excellent.
