What a stunning place. The tea selection is utterly amazing, and the setting is so unbelievably cozy! Will be coming here very often.

This, to me, is hands down one of the best places to go for a relaxing tea experience. Extremely knowledgeable staff. The last time I was there, the assistant manager gave me a 15 minute education all about the tea plant, which has totally opened up a new relationship with tea for me. Beautiful interior, super cozy and in a wonderful neighborhood...I highly recommend it!

amazing cafe! i Love the SPACE itself, which is amazing to explore (i won't spoil it too much but the front door really is a Portal!) would def come back for tea again, esp since there is such a wide section of choices, and because smelling the leaves to choose is so fun 😁

#9 Earl grey de creme is the best Earl grey I have ever tasted. Bought a pound of loose leaf spendy but worth it..

Great tea shop and friendly staff. Bake goods are also great to pair with your cup of tea. I had a small pot of the white tea peach and was great. The selection of teas is great they even have a sample in glass vial for smelling and seeing the tea leaves.

5 stars tea selection - 1 star for Portal allowing customers to come in with their laptops and hang out all day, making it impossible for many folks to come in and visit with a friend while having a tea. I wish this would change as this place has the best ambiance and tea selection. Several times I’ve come to show a friend this cool place but we had to go elsewhere bc all the tables were being used by folks lingering forever on their laptops. I’m surprised they don’t read the room and think “hey maybe I should give up my table for others” but since that’s not happening Portal employees should give them a nudge. Would be a great change to see in 2026.
