Picked up a Principessa(Prosciutto, fresh mozz, basil, tomato sauce) pie from here last night, and was really impressed. How impressed? I planned to eat half... but I ate it all... in one sitting... by myself. Such sweet gluttony inducing pizza! Overall the ingredients were perfect & high quality. But what impressed me most was the crust. It was thin, with a nice crunch on the bottom, but still soft textured sour dough flavors in between. And yes... For a place without a wood-fire oven, they make a decent margherita pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. Salad was also good and my fiancée really loved the ambiance inside. Nice local spot.
