This is what Michelin stars are made of! The tasting menu takes you along for a ride where every course is unique, the ingredients are carefully thought out, and your palette is taken on a journey around the world. Exceptional items included the sea buckthorn sorbet, the foie gras and cheese tarts, and a palette cleansing mint-watermelon foam. Do yourself a favor and opt in for the sourdough, it was my favorite part of the whole experience.
This is a wonderful restaurant! It is a bit puzzling to find. When you arrive at 515 SW Broadway, there is no evidence of this restaurant. It is inside a mini-mall, essentially, way in the back. Be brave. Go on in through the small set of mall doors and keep walking to the end! It is up the stairs. Maybe the best dining experience I've had. Chill, non-pretentious vibes with excellent food (that would usually feel pretentious), drinks (wine pairings were perfect), atmosphere (great tunes and mood), and friendly service. Highly recommend.
