I went to this restaurant because the name, I love teriyaki food. The name does not fit the menu. It's more like Chinese food and I saw only 2 items for teriyaki. The food was excellent , the service was awesome and it also has video lottery. Parking was weird because it had paint buckets blocking some areas and I hope they are updating this establishment because it's ugly inside.

Terrible customer service. I asked if they could consider offering brown rice in the future, since many teriyaki places do. Instead of simply passing on the feedback, the staff member became defensive, turned up the radio while I was speaking, and then refused to serve me by giving me a refund. I wasn’t rude — I just made a customer suggestion — but I was treated with hostility and judgment. Very unprofessional, and I left without food after waiting. If this place is called “Heaven,” I don’t know what “Hell” looks like.

Owner tried to block me in his parking lot with his gallon tubs after I tried moving my car out of his lot. Super weird and unprofessional. A grown man mind you

I have been here in the past and had great service from a lady that was so kind and friendly, however I went back and parked in the parking lot and a man that work here came out and told me to park in another spot for an unknown reason, I was just finishing up a zoom meeting from work and decided to take my dog around the corner to pee before I went in and the same guy came out and was blowing a whistle at me, i told him I was in a meeting and was coming in for food when I'm done, he told me he was calling the police and went inside and turned on these alarms that were outside the building, it was so obnoxious and uncalled for, I decided to leave and not ever come back for how I was treated, I wasn't even in the parking lot 15 minutes and all I needed to do was finish my work meeting, he lost a customer and some because I will tell every and anyone about his behavior, that is not how you treat people.also the food is over priced and not very good.

Service here is great. Food and decor are a little rundown, but it's a solid cheap option. Nothing awful about, just not anything special either.
I think they do most of their business on lotto slot machines.

I've been coming here for my lunch breaks since I moved to Portland. I've been to a lot of chinese food places over my life and this spot is good if you are looking for cheap and dilicious food that is served with a smile and kind service. It is rough around the edges in looks, but to me that just brings an odd sort of comfort to it. It reminds me so much of the mom and pop places I ate at in Taipei. I reccomend it gladly for anyone who cares most of all about food. My reccomendation as well is always the combo teriyaki chicken. Tastes good, huge portions for 14 bucks. Can't go wrong!

I went in for the first time and had a conversation about wanting to eat good beef, she assured me the beef isn't old. Because that was my main concern. I ordered beef and broccoli and when it arrived and I took a bite, OMG Nasty. The beef was old meat . I asked for my money or other accommodations and they got really mad and refused my money, or even an apology. They stole my money Terriaki Hell.

I ordered beef, and chicken and was so disappointed in myself because I should've known better the food was spoiled, and they wouldn't accommodate me in any way. The owner said he doesn't like Blacks, People from India, Mexicans, or Palestinians. I won't go there. It was a scarey experience. WPB

My first time going here the lady behind the counter was very nice. The food was not the veggies smelled like shrimp, the chicken teriyaki was very dry. Spent 14.00 on it.

DISGUSTING.Literally the worst food I've ever had in Portland. And I've lived here my whole life. This place needs to give it up and open a dry clean business. They have no business making and/or serving "food"to anyone. Total garbage.I was embarrassed to make the mistake of bringing my new boss here. So embarrassed!!! My boss took one bite and said "no way". We didn't eat the "food" and just left. Thanks for the ripoff?
