Thai Pasta Cart holds such a special place in my heart. They have moved to Tigard and are now called Lemon Leaf Thai Kitchen. The food is the most incredible Thai food I've ever had and the owners are so kind and genuine, even remembering my friend and I who used to visit weekly over two years ago when we visited their new location today. Tannie is truly a bright and kind person, and the love and care they put into their food is incredible.

I work in downtown and this cart is one of many Thai cuisine carts down here, but the food, prices, service is far from anything within miles. The older woman who is always working the front is so sweet and doesn't ignore you like some of the other surrounding cart owners will. For 8.50 a plate you might think that quality is put on the sideline but I can say without a doubt their noodles are some of the tastiest and most fresh of any I've had in a long time. The noodles are never dry, as I've noticed some pad Thai tends to be, they use a perfect amount of spice that's right between authentic and just tasty. Their sides are not anything crazy but you're definitely getting what you pay for. I will always make the trip downtown even when I'm not working if Thai is for dinner. I would give 10 out of 10 if I could.

This is my favorite place to get pad thai downtown. The combo deals are incredible, and I haven't been disappointed by any dish that I've eaten here. Their pad thai is by far my favorite, but the basil fried rice is a close second, and when I got a yellow curry one winter day it kept me warm for the rest of the afternoon. This is one food cart you cannot miss.

First off The owner of this cart has an absolutely amazing attitude! She's so nice and puts so much love into every dish she makes! Secondly we've tried about 5 dishes here, all were fantastic. Amazing seasonings and perfect proportions! She has mastered quality of her food and makes it quick too! Also the Thai drinks are so good!!! 10/10 will go back and will recommend to anyone I know heading through Portland!

The BEST bang for your buck as far as padthai goes. Amongst my favorite thai spots in the city, and certainly my favorite $8 padthai anywhere.

This is one of three Thai food carts on the block and by far the best of the three. Delicious! The ingredients are always very fresh and the rice is nicely prepared. I usually go with a curry dish and they are very nicely balanced (not too sweet). The curry is separated from the rice in the container which is a nice touch. The woman who works there is very nice and will often call you by your name. Highly recommended!

My favorite cart on the line up! The best prices for AMAZING food. Everything I've had is great. HIGHLY recommend the Thai tea, honestly it's some of the best. Eggplant was really good and the pad Thai.

So much food for such a low price - the pad thai special is $8.50 and has enough food for a solid two meals. The woman who takes orders is so so sweet!

THE BEST PAD THAI IN TOWN. I would come here twice a week during my time at PSU. Honestly the best. I moved to Texas and dreamed about it. I'm back in the PNW now and I crave it daily. Come here always!

The food was really good and the lady that works there is so sweet. She knew exactly what was vegan and gluten free.
