Thai Pasta Cart holds such a special place in my heart. They have moved to Tigard and are now called Lemon Leaf Thai Kitchen. The food is the most incredible Thai food I've ever had and the owners are so kind and genuine, even remembering my friend and I who used to visit weekly over two years ago when we visited their new location today. Tannie is truly a bright and kind person, and the love and care they put into their food is incredible.

I work in downtown and this cart is one of many Thai cuisine carts down here, but the food, prices, service is far from anything within miles. The older woman who is always working the front is so sweet and doesn't ignore you like some of the other surrounding cart owners will. This is my favorite place to get pad thai downtown. The combo deals are incredible, and I haven't been disappointed by any dish that I've eaten here. Their pad thai is by far my favorite, but the basil fried rice is a close second, and when I got a yellow curry one winter day it kept me warm for the rest of the afternoon. This is one food cart you cannot miss.
