Delicious Hawaiian food!! I had ordered the #4: Kahlua Pork. It was cooked perfectly with a wonderful smoky flavor!! However, I chose the wrong sides, the Mac salad and coleslaw. Both of those were bland and gross.My friend had ordered the #2: Short Ribs. She said they were also delicious and melted in your mouth. Her side looked tasty, seaweed salad.Would go back (and just get different sides lol)
LOVE this place. had the Hawaiian chicken with Mac salad and pineapple salad, I was so impressed that I took another meal to go for dinner! Hope to be back real soon. the grass and bamboo accents they had on the counter were super cute and the location was easy to reach from the MAX trains.Vegetarian options: Options with tofu, lots of rice and other vegetarian salad options.

A real gem in the university district! Having been to Hawaii and eaten authentic plate lunch I can assure you the other reviews are incorrect. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The food is prepared well, tastes excellent and is priced very reasonably for the large portions. Something hard to find in the area.
