The only food cart pod in the city that treats the patrons of the food carts so poorly! NONE of the MANY picnic tables there are available to be used by the food cart patrons if 1) the beer hall isn't open AND 2) if you don't buy alcohol from them. I ordered food to eat there and sat down at a picnic table at 1:55. The staff of the bar kicked me out because they didn't "open" the picnic tables until 2!
