As huge Grand Fir enthusiasts, we were so excited to finally make one of these dinners! They make the BEST beer in the biz, and have the most top notch staff out there. This meal was so freaking delicious- a great soup, one of the best salads I have ever had, killer lamb and potatoes, and a really great cobbler-esk dessert.
