13Feb19 @ 11:45am Food truck in a pod with 6 or so other food trucks. Some covered seating. Quick friendly service. We had two prigo sandwiches to go. Food came out within 15 minutes. This is good stuff with lots of meaty bacon, a flavorful cooked egg and yummy bacon drippings. Just what I was craving. If you are a brunch lover like me you will love this spot as well. I got the BTL with an egg. They call this a BELT. So good. The charred greens really add something special.

I love this food cart, but their hours seem to be all over the place, and some days they just aren't open. It's hard to keep track of. They have an amazing corn beef hash on their menu, which I always order, but the portion size always seems to vary. Sometimes I get basically a half-sized order for the full price, sometimes I get the regular portion size, and once or twice it looked like they gave me extra. I don't know. It's good though, but a bit expensive.
