Tobiko bowl’s spicy salmon bowl is something I could truly eat every day and not tire of. It has a generous portion of rich salmon, rice, carrots, and broccoli all covered with an incredible spicy sauce. The sauce isn’t too hot but is deeply flavorful and addicting. I highly recommend this underrated food cart if you are a local looking for an affordable, healthier meal that really hits the spot.
I absolutely love their Vegan bowl! The portion is huge and the flavors are perfection. Great location in the food cart area. I highly recommend as this is one of my favorite options.

We came to this food pod because it had great seating and options to eat. I chose Tobiko bowl. I am by no means vegan or vegetarian but wanted a refreshing meal. I definitely got just that. Very tasty! You order at the window and they give you a buzzer then you sit and wait. Get place to sit and eat and enjoy the weather.
