Spicy teriyaki chicken is some of the best food I've had in Portland.
i get the spicy sushi bowl from here all the time, the teriyaki tofu is also delicious. they’re always super kind, and portions are very large. especially in the summer, the bowls are so refreshing.
and this pod of food carts is super cute, definitely worth a walk through the neighborhood for takeout or to eat at the shared picnic tables. generally there are multiple well-behaved dogs at a given time.

Not to be dramatic but I would die for the tobiko bowl people. Their coconut shrimp bowl is my all time fave and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
