Upon arrival we were given a wait time of 15 minutes and put our name in. I asked if I could go up to the counter and order a coffee while we wait and the hostess, in a rather indifferent attitude, said we could order anything until seated. I understand there being a wait and obviously not being able to order food, but I can't order a freaking coffee while we wait? I immediately took my name off the list and we ended up going to Cheryl's on 12th where we were seated immediately and had a delicious breakfast that came out amazingly fast. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. So while I am not thrilled by the attitude and service at The Daily Feast, their negative attitude drove us to a breakfast/brunch spot that I feel would have been hard to beat. So my feedback to the Daily feast is, have coffee for customers waiting for a table or at least act like you give a crap about not serving someone coffee while they wait. It's the little things and that's why I will never dine at an establishment with such a flippant attitude.

Great value for the money. Do not miss the muesli pancakes (with chocolate chip).
This place got my heart. The coffee was amazing, the pancakes were so delicious, and I love the fact that they use real maple syrup. I also had a chance to try the biscuits and gravy, and it was fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back to try more things in the menu.

Went for brunch with my folks before a Sunday Thorns game. They were quick getting us seated, and our food came out very fast once we had ordered. Highly recommend their take on the Eggs Benedict
