I highly recommend the salmon omelet with capers. They make great hashbrowns! Caveat that I'm not a coffee snob, but I can detect poor quality coffee (which I would expect from most diners). But no! Portland delivers good coffee even at its diners.

Everything I'm looking for in a breakfast diner. Consistently good breakfast and good service. Crispy hashbrowns, crispy bacon, and real black tea. If you're a single or a couple, get a seat at the window, and watch all of downtown Portland walk by.

Dietary restrictions: The menu is well-marked to help gluten-free customers.
